No Objection Certificate

The vehicles, which are to be permanently removed from one State to another, required No Objection Certificate in Form 28, which has to be applied in triplicate. Owner of the vehicle can apply to the registering authority where the vehicle is kept.


Documents Required

  • வாகனத்திற்கு தவணைக் கொள்முதல் இருந்தால்,படிவம் 28ல்விண்ணப்பம் (4 பிரதிகளுடன்)
  •    Tax Clearance for Transport Vehicles.
  •    Police certificate from NCRB.
  •    Registration Certificate.
  •    Insurance Certificate.
  •    Valid Emission Certificate.
  •    Valid Tax Details.

Time limit for NOC

   The 30 days Time limit for service to be rendered.

Fees

   For all vehicles class of Rs. 50/- Service Charge only.
